Kevin Duffy

Executive Director and Chief Global Development Officer, EARTH University Foundation

As Executive Director and Chief Global Development Officer of the EARTH University Foundation, Kevin leads fundraising efforts at EARTH. EARTH (Escuela de Agricultura de la Región Tropical Húmeda) University prepares and empowers young leaders to ethically and sustainably transform food systems, protect and enhance the livelihoods of food producers, and regenerate our planet. EARTH’s approach offers students the opportunity to learn about agricultural sciences, food systems, ethical entrepreneurship, and social and environmental challenges through experiential, student-centered learning, and by living together with peers from all over the world.

Prior to joining EARTH in March of 2024, Kevin spent nearly two decades leading fundraising teams in environmental and hunger organizations like The National Audubon Society and City Harvest, raising funds to protect our natural world and help feed people. Earlier in his career, Kevin spent three years as a case manager for families affected by September 11th, was a cofounder of a non-profit organization that provided mental health services for families experiencing grief, and spent time living overseas as an English teacher. Kevin Duffy joined the Board of IUCN-US in January 2024.
