Project Summary

This project works to mainstream and scale use of NbS in proper business planning for coastal and marine projects. The program does so through numerous actions, including

  • convening learning exchanges
  • engaging investors and other financers
  • providing project developers with consultation from conservation and finance experts
  • clarifying NbS concepts and ensure adherence to IUCN Standards
  • building on the Blue Natural Capital Financing Facility work
  • using the Blue Carbon Accelerator Fund.
